日本の伝統文化「能」を楽しみながら発見する特別な5日間！ 8月15日（土）～19日（水）
今年の夏も観世能楽堂のテーマは「夏祭り」。
8月15日（土）から19日（水）までの5日間。銀座の町にふたたび能のお祭りがやってきます。
会場では提灯や葦簀、風鈴、朝顔が夏の風情を演出し、さらに進むと等身大バナーの「葵上」六条御息所の生霊が立ちはだかります。会場一番の映えスポットです。
第一級の観世宗家所蔵の面・装束の展示、そして70以上の体験用能面が並びます。お気に入りの面があれば、能楽師がお付けする体験もできます。
舞台では、毎日15時00分から50分間のワークショップを開催。
所作や謡の体験、葵上の装束付け、そして面・装束の姿で仕舞をお見せします。
そして大画面で楽しむムービーショウは、観世三郎太ナビゲートによる「観世能楽堂バックステージツアー」、最先端のCGを駆使した最高のスペクタクルムービー「神・鬼・麗 三大能」、歌舞伎役者の坂東玉三郎氏を監督に迎え独自の映像美にまとめ上げた記録映画 美・能「羽衣 ～和合之舞～」の3本を毎日上映いたします。
スーベニアショップでは、能のスタイルをしたスヌーピーやハローキティのほか、観世宗家伝来の文様をデザインしたグッズやオリジナルクッキーも販売いたします。
会場ではムービーショウを除いて撮影は自由です。
その場で画像をSNSにアップしていただくと、抽選でプレゼントを差し上げます。（ハズレくじなし）。
ワークショップは英語通訳付きで、ムービーは英語の字幕が入ります。会場では通訳案内士が、外国人のお客様をエスコートします。

Celebrate Summer with Noh in Ginza!TOKYO GINZA Summer Festival at the Noh Theater
- 5 Days of Culture, Beauty & Discovery in Ginza!
This summer, Kanze Noh Theater once again welcomes visitors with its seasonal theme: “Summer Festival.”
From Saturday, August 15 through Wednesday, August 19, the five-day celebration returns to the heart of Ginza, bringing the festive spirit of Noh back to the city.
Throughout the venue, traditional Japanese summer decorations, including paper lanterns, bamboo screens, wind chimes, and blooming morning glories, create an atmosphere of nostalgic seasonal charm. As visitors continue through the exhibition, they will encounter a life-sized display of the vengeful spirit of Lady Rokujō from the classic Noh masterpiece Aoi no Ue (Lady Aoi), one of the event's most popular photo opportunities.
On display are an exceptional collection of authentic Noh masks and costumes from the prestigious Kanze Family collection, alongside more than 70 hands-on Noh masks available for visitors to experience. Guests may even have their favorite mask properly fitted by a professional Noh performer.
Every day at 3:00 p.m., the stage hosts a 50-minute interactive workshop, where visitors can experience traditional Noh movements (shosa) and chanting (utai), watch the elaborate costume dressing for Aoi no Ue, and enjoy live demonstrations of shimai (Noh dance) performed in full costume and mask.
The daily Movie Show, presented on a large screen, features three acclaimed productions:
Kanze Noh Theater Backstage Tour, guided by Kanze Saburouta.
Gods, Demons, and Beauty: Three Great Noh Spectacles, a visually stunning production showcasing state-of-the-art CG technology.
Hagoromo: The Dance of Harmony, an artistic documentary directed by renowned Kabuki actor Tamasaburo Bando, celebrated for its distinctive cinematic beauty.
The souvenir shop offers a delightful selection of exclusive merchandise, including Noh-themed Snoopy and Hello Kitty products, original goods featuring traditional Kanze Family patterns, and specially made event cookies.
Photography is welcome throughout the venue, except during the Movie Show screenings.
Visitors who post their photos on social media while at the event will be entered into a special prize drawing, where every participant receives a gift.
To ensure an enjoyable experience for international guests, all workshops include English interpretation, all movies are presented with English subtitles, and licensed English-speaking guides are available throughout the venue to assist overseas visitors.
